Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Buy Leisure Leads platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all dealers, sellers, and visitors to our platform.

2. Description of Service

Buy Leisure Leads operates a marketplace connecting sellers of caravans and motorhomes with registered dealers. We collect information from sellers who wish to sell their vehicles and make this information available to approved dealers for a fee. Dealers pay £40 per lead to access full seller contact details.

3. Dealer Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To apply for dealer access, you must be a legitimate, VAT-registered business operating in the United Kingdom. You must have a minimum 4-star rating on Trustpilot or Google Reviews. We reserve the right to verify your credentials and reject any application at our discretion.

3.2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Approval

All dealer applications are manually reviewed. Approval typically takes 24-48 hours. We reserve the right to reject applications without providing a reason. Approval does not guarantee continued access to the Service.

4. Lead Purchase and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Each lead costs £40. Pricing is subject to change with notice. You must have sufficient credit in your account to purchase leads.

4.2 Credit System

Dealers must add credit to their account via bank transfer or card payment before purchasing leads. Credit does not expire. Credit is non-refundable except as required by law.

4.3 Lead Purchase

When you purchase a lead, £40 is deducted from your credit balance and you immediately receive access to the seller's full contact details. All sales are final. You may review lead information (excluding contact details) before purchasing.

4.4 Lead Exclusivity

Each lead is sold to a maximum of 5 dealers. We do not guarantee exclusivity. You may be competing with up to 4 other dealers for the same seller.

5. Lead Quality and Verification

5.1 Verification Process

We verify all leads before listing to ensure they are genuine sellers. However, we cannot guarantee that sellers will respond to your contact attempts or complete a sale with you.

5.2 No Guarantee of Results

We provide leads as-is with all available information. We do not guarantee that any lead will result in a sale. Seller circumstances may change after verification. We are not responsible for seller behavior, response rates, or transaction outcomes.

5.3 Lead Freshness

All leads expire after 14 days from the date of listing. We recommend contacting sellers within 24 hours of purchase for the best response rates.

6. Refund Policy

Leads are sold as-is and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased leads except in cases where we have provided materially incorrect information or duplicate leads. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase with supporting evidence. We reserve the right to determine refund eligibility at our sole discretion.

7. Dealer Conduct

7.1 Professional Behavior

You agree to conduct yourself professionally when contacting sellers. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws, data protection laws, and advertising standards.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Share, resell, or distribute leads to third parties
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from our platform
• Attempt to circumvent our payment system
• Harass, spam, or engage in abusive behavior toward sellers
• Misrepresent your identity or business credentials
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the operation of the Service

7.3 Data Protection

You must handle seller personal information in compliance with UK data protection laws (GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018). You are responsible for your own data processing activities and must not use seller information for purposes other than contacting them about their vehicle sale.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Buy Leisure Leads and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without written permission.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior that harms our platform or reputation. We are not required to provide advance notice or explanation.

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked immediately. You will lose access to any purchased leads. Unused credit may be refunded at our discretion, minus any outstanding fees or damages.

9.3 Your Right to Terminate

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Unused credit may be refunded at our discretion, subject to a processing fee.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buy Leisure Leads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or leads.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buy Leisure Leads, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
